Other agreed communication channels
2) Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines depend on the scope and complexity of the service and are confirmed in the proposal, quotation, or contract.
Important notes:
-
Work starts only after receiving and confirming the down payment (if applicable).
-
The delivery schedule may change if the client delays providing required materials, feedback, or approvals.
3) Client Responsibilities
To avoid delays, the client is responsible for providing:
-
Required brand assets (logos, guidelines, files)
-
Content inputs and campaign details (if needed)
-
Timely feedback and approvals
4) Revisions and Acceptance
-
Revisions included within the agreed scope are delivered during the support/revision period stated in the proposal.
-
After final approval and delivery, the project is considered completed and closed.
5) No Physical Shipping
MX1 does not ship physical items. If a project includes any physical deliverables through a third party, this will be clearly stated and handled separately with the client’s written approval.
