Refund & Cancellation Policy – MX1

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for MX1 services. This policy is part of our agreements with clients and applies to all service orders unless otherwise stated in a signed contract or proposal.
1) Service Type
MX1 provides digital services (design, content production, and marketing services). No physical products are shipped.
2) Cancellation Before Work Starts
If the client cancels the project before any work has started, MX1 may consider a refund based on the actual costs already incurred, if any.
Any refund decision will be evaluated case by case.
3) Cancellation After Work Starts
Once work has started, the down payment is non-refundable because it covers booking time, preparation, resources, and project allocation.
4) Refunds After Delivering a Milestone
If the project is structured into milestones or phases:

Once any milestone is delivered and approved (or delivered according to the agreed scope), no refunds will be issued for that milestone.

Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
5) Delays Caused by the Client
Delays in providing required materials, feedback, or approvals may result in timeline changes without liability on MX1.
If a project is paused for more than 14 days due to client-side delays, MX1 reserves the right to reschedule the project based on team availability.
6) Chargebacks and Disputes
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, MX1 may provide documentation and proof of work (project timeline, files, communication records, and delivered outputs) to the payment provider to support the case.
